In complience with professional principles of rehabilitative employment and the needs of the market by introducing innovative methods we create job opportunities more widely in the labour market for disadvantaged people, mainly people with disabilities. Under the job creating projects and rehabilitation programs we have elaborated special forms of employment which allow disadvantaged people’s rehabilitative employment, professional, mental and social development and their reintegration together.

Our company has been a rehabilitative employing organization for 13 years. Since 2006 it has been a certified protected employer. Its speciality is linking creating values and social responsibility. The close co-operation of the sectors in Contact Nkft gives opportunities for creating optimal working conditions for people with disabilities, for their mental and social development, training, employing and keeping their workplaces and even possibility for a career. Our plan is to prepare our employees for appearing on the open labour market, for doing well in the new workplaces in this way providing the  effectiveness of their rehabilitation.

At the moment we have four emphasized job creating projects going, two of them are from programmes supported by EU, and the other two ones are financed by state budget.The objectives of both are creating jobs for handicapped people in such complex form that besides employment built on training also admits individual rehabilitative, social, mental hygiene, psychological and legal guidance and mentoring.
