Our sewing services

The main activity of the company is the production of various textile products for its customers in small or large quantity under subcontracting or manufacturing agreement.

It is located in Szolnok, Hungary with 131 employees. The company is able to produce large quantities of products, in 2019 we produced the following quantities:

• the textile parts of headrests for new cars (for the Hungarian supplier of a Japanese car manufacturer, 600.000 units/year)
• the textile parts of lawn mower tractors (for the Italian supplier of an American tractor manufacturer, 120.000 units/year)
• the textile parts of child safety seats (for the Hungarian supplier of a German company, 8700 units/year)
• dog harnesses (for the Hungarian supplier of an Italian company, 147.500 units/year)
• other smaller orders (ties, bags, 20.000 units/year)

The company also produces its own products:

• textile toys (for international market, 35.000 units/year)

Working with MNEs, the company has experience in trans-national co-operation, and is able to manufacture the products fast and top quality for its customers.

The company is ready to execute both smaller and large orders. In general, the amount of manufacturing capacity offered by the company for an order is determined by the product itself, the volume, the price, and the length of the manufacturing agreement.

The services of the company include:

• sewing (Post bed and flat bed machines, 1 and 2 needle machines, machines with thread trimmers, interlocks, button attaching machines, cover stitch sewing machines, ironing equipment and more. In total, the company has over 150 modern industrial machines. The equipment is suitable for all processes and for all types of materials, including leather.)
• cutting (straight knife cutting, rotary cutting, band knife cutting)
• embroidery
• printing
