ADULT EDUCATION

Employees’ competitiveness on the labour market is provided by constantly renewed skills, and lifelong trainings. The most important investment in human resources is adult training.In its adult education division Cintact Nkft. combines quality education with employment. In our first project we trained people with disabilities to be puppet makers and employing them we managed to start BabuArt Textile Toy Workshop. The Adult Training Accreditation Body accepted and gave the company the Accreditation Registration (AL-2566) on 28th September 2011. Since then as an accredited adult training institution we have been organizing trainings mainly for people with disabilities. Our range of training covers internal professional development, different types of trainings and also internal NTR courses giving  qualifications or training-related courses. During the expansion of the scope of our trainings we pay special attention to the economical situation of the area, to our partners’, customers’ demands. Our adult education offers the following services:

·        assessing prior knowledge and skills

·        LLG (Life Long Guidance for jobseekers)

·        training needs assessment and educational counseling

·        employment counseling

Our current projects

Between 15th April and 25th December 2013 we have trainings in Debrecen and Nyíregyháza on behalf of Save Differently Social Co-operative. Business administration education for 12 people in Debrecen and also Bookbinding education for 12 people in Nyíregyháza have contained team building training in 12 hours, motivation training – learning methdology (PL-8022) in 30 hours, personality development training (PL-8021) in 30 hours, job search techniques in 20 hours and individual job search advice in 45 hours. According to the agreement with Contact Mental Hygiene Consultation Service operating Civil Information Centre in Szolnok in their ÁROP-1.1.14-2012-2012-0001 project we provide a vocational training entitled ’Co-operation of public administration and civil sector’. The 15 hour training is realized in 14 different venues for 15 people at each place. Between 23rd April and 31st December 2014 altogether 210 people will take part in professional and partnership development.

Completed projects

1)      In ÉAOP-5.1.3-11-2011-0058 project entitled ’Expanding sewing workshops - Job creation in Szolnok’ supported by EU 30 disabled and other disadvantaged registered people searching a job took part in a 60 hour personality development training, then a 120 hour sewing worker-vehicle upholstery maker training related course was efficiently completed. We created new workplaces for 15 people.

2)      In the TÁMOP-14.3-10/2-2F-2011-0001’BABUART - the innovative experimental employment programme in Contact Nkft’ project supported by EU 15 people coming back from child care benefit or allowance into the world of work and 9 people with disabilities were schooled in courses providing NTR home textile maker and fabric product compiler partial qualification. After finishing the training successfully 12 people received job opportunity in our sewing workshops at once.

3)      In the Impulzus Association’s project supported by EU we have two trainings in  the area of Törökszentmiklós. On the catch-up course (PL-6762) for students of 7. and 8. grades 12 students completed their primary studies in 30 hours. 12 people passed a successful exam in the 800 hour training providing an NTR garden maintenance partial qualification.
